At She Rises Candle Company, each candle is hand-poured with care and love. We work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, so your moment of comfort, remembrance, or healing is never far away.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume times (like holidays or product launches), processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days after shipping
International: Currently not available

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues & Delays

She Rises Candle Company is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Postal carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local postal carrier first. If you're still having issues, contact us at sherisescandleco@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at sherisescandleco@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll gladly replace or refund damaged items.
