At She Rises Candle Company, we understand that many of our customers are navigating grief, healing, or honoring the memory of someone they love. We pour intention and care into every candle, hoping to offer even a small bit of comfort during difficult times.

If something isn’t right with your order, we promise to treat you with the same compassion we put into our candles.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on unused, undamaged candles within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your candle must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

To request a return, please email us at sherisescandleco@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with care and guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle was damaged during shipping or if we sent the wrong item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery.

We kindly ask that you include a photo of the damage and your order number.
Email us at sherisescandleco@outlook.com, and we will make it right-either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, whichever brings you more peace.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the personal and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Used candles
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
